Meet the owner: Lisa Bays

My husband, Tom, grew up in Zionsville back when it was a sleepy little community, and after we were married we moved back here to raise our three children. I taught elementary school in Zionsville and Bloomington, but stepped out when our youngest was a year old. I worked for a local family business while our kids finished high school, but my heart has always wanted to open this business. Every day I am grateful to be able to do what I love in a town that continues to support and embrace us.

Lisa went above and beyond! We needed 60 insulated cooler totes embroidered with the last names of our associates, with less than one week notice. Our previous supplier said it wasn't possible. Lisa saved the day and made it possible! She kept me updated on every step of the process, helped pick out the correct color / font for embroidery, and even showed me a few placement options. She also finished ahead of schedule! I'll only be using Bay's Custom Embroidery from here on out!
